원어스(ONEUS) OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’ 판매 플랫폼 변경 및 회원 정보 이관 안내

2026년 7월 20일(월)부터 OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’의 판매 플랫폼이 Berriz(베리즈)로 변경됩니다.
이에 따라 유효 기간이 남은 기존 OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’ 회원(이하 ‘기존 회원’)의 회원 정보를 Berriz로 이관하는 절차가 진행될 예정입니다. 자세한 내용은 아래를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
■기존 회원 정보 이관 안내
이관 동의 기간 : 2026년 7월 06일(월) 15:00 (KST) ~ 2026년 7월 12일(일) 23:59 (KST)
팬클럽 인증 가능 기간 : 2026년 7월 20일(월) 14:00 (KST) 부터
(* 이관 인증 가능 기간에 제한은 없으나, 팬클럽 만료 일자는 동일한 점 참고 부탁드립니다.)
(* Berriz 내 팬클럽 판매 일정은 7/27(월) 부터 진행될 예정입니다.)
※ 이관 완료 후 팬클럽 인증 절차
- Berriz 홈 > 마이 > Fanclub > 가입하기 > ONEUS 선택 > 인증하기 선택 > 멤버십 회원 정보 입력 > 인증하기
- Berriz > My > Fanclub > Join > Select Arist > Verify > Enter membership information> Verify
아래의 B.stage 이관 신청 서베이에서 이관 절차를 진행하실 수 있습니다.
기존 OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’ 회원분들께서는 아래 페이지에 기재된 내용에 동의하신 후 절차를 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.
Berriz로 이관하지 않으실 경우, 26년 12월 말 까지는 b.stage 열람 등의 서비스를 이용하실 수 있으나, 일부 혜택 및 이벤트 응모 권한(이벤트별 상이)은 Berriz 이관 완료자에 한하여 제공될 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 이관 동의는 안내된 기간 내에만 진행 가능합니다. 기간 종료 후에는 이관 절차 이용이 불가하오니, 이후에도 OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’ 서비스를 이용하고자 하시는 분께서는 Berriz ONEUS MEMBERSHIP SHOP 페이지에서 신규 가입을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 신규 가입자 및 이관 완료 후 Membership 추가 갱신을 희망하시는 분께서는 추후 오픈 될 Berriz MEMBERSHIP SHOP을 통해 구매 절차를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ Berriz로의 회원 정보 이관은 무료로 진행됩니다.
※ 기존 TOMOON 팬클럽 기간이 남은 가입자 전원이 이관 대상입니다.
※ Berriz 이관 시, 기존 회원이 등록한 개인정보는 (주)카카오엔터테인먼트에 제공됩니다. 자세한 내용은 연동 버튼 클릭 후 표시되는 각종 규정을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 이관 완료 후에는 이관 취소 및 기존 회원 정보 복구가 불가하오니 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 향후 일부 이벤트 응모 및 혜택 제공 시 Berriz 이관 완료가 필수 조건이 될 수 있습니다.
※ 회원 정보가 기존 팬클럽 가입 정보와 일치하지 않을 경우 인증이 제한될 수 있습니다.
※ 해외 가입자의 경우 여권상 영문명을 기준으로 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 입력한 정보가 정확하지 않을 경우 이관 및 인증이 정상적으로 진행되지 않을 수 있습니다.

⏺ 제공 항목: 이름, 팬클럽 번호, 생년월일, 연락처, 팬클럽 가입 일자
⏺ 보유 및 이용기간: 팬클럽 활동 종료 후 3개월

Hello, this is the staff in charge of ONEUS.
We would like to share the following guidelines with TOMOON, who always loves and supports ONEUS.
Starting Monday, July 20, 2026, the sales platform for ONEUS OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’ will be changed to Berriz.
Accordingly, a transfer process will be carried out for the fanclub information of existing ONEUS OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’ members (“Existing Members”) to Berriz.
Please refer to the details below.
■ Fanclub Information Transfer for Existing Members
Transfer Consent Period:
Monday, July 06, 2026, 3:00 PM (KST) – Sunday, July 12, 2026, 11:59 PM (KST)
Fanclub Verification Available From:
Monday, July 20, 2026, 2:00 PM (KST)
*There is no separate deadline for fanclub verification after the transfer however, please note that your existing fanclub expiration date will remain the same.
*The sales schedule for Berriz's fan club will start from July 27th (Mon)
※ Fanclub Verification Process After Transfer
- Berriz Home > My > Fanclub > Join > Select ONEUS > Verify > Enter membership information > Verify
You may complete the transfer process through the B.stage transfer application page below.
Existing ONEUS OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’ members are requested to review and agree to the information provided on the page below, then complete the transfer process accordingly.
If you do not transfer your membership information to Berriz, you will still be able to access certain services, such as content viewing, until the end of December 2026. However, please note that some benefits and event application eligibility may be available only to members who have completed the transfer to Berriz, depending on the event.
※ Transfer consent is only available during the period stated above. Once the period ends, the transfer process will no longer be available. If you wish to continue using the ONEUS OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’ service after the transfer period, please sign up as a new member through the Berriz ONEUS FANCLUB SHOP page.
※ New members and those who wish to renew or extend their fanclub after completing the transfer will be able to proceed with their purchase through the Berriz FANCLUB SHOP at a later date.
※ The membership information transfer to Berriz will be provided free of charge.
※ All members with a remaining TOMOON fanclub period are eligible for the transfer.
※ Upon transfer to Berriz, the personal information registered by Existing Members will be provided to Kakao Entertainment Corp. Please make sure to review all relevant terms and policies displayed after clicking the transfer link.
※ Once the transfer is completed, it cannot be canceled, and existing fanclub information cannot be restored.
※ Completion of the Berriz transfer may be required for eligibility to apply for certain events or receive certain benefits in the future.
※ Verification may be restricted if the information entered does not match the information registered under your existing fanclub.
※ Overseas members must enter their name exactly as shown on their passport in English.
※ If the information entered is inaccurate, the transfer and verification process may not be completed properly.
B.WAVE Entertainment will provide personal information to a third party as follows:
⏺ Recipient: Kakao Entertainment Corp.
⏺ Purpose of Provision: Transfer of ONEUS OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMOON’ official fanclub service and provision of fanclub benefits
⏺ Items Provided: Name, fanclub number, date of birth, contact information, fanclub registration date
⏺ Retention and Use Period: 3 months after the end of fanclub activities
